STEADY FRAMEWORK

Client Service Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Steady Framework ("Provider") and the undersigned client ("Client") and outlines the terms and expectations for coaching services offered through the Steady Framework program.

1. Program Overview

Steady Framework is a structured coaching program designed to support mothers of high-intensity children. This program is informed by the Provider's 20+ years of clinical mental health experience and lived parenting experience, and is offered in a structured, supportive coaching format.

2. Program Inclusions

Enrollment in Steady Framework includes the following:

  • 6 months of full access to all course content and materials
  • Weekly group coaching calls via Zoom, facilitated by the Provider
  • Access to a private Slack channel for between-session support and quicker communication
  • Curated worksheets and handouts to support the course curriculum

3. Investment & Payment Terms

The total investment for Steady Framework is as follows:

  • Option A: $1,000 paid in full at time of enrollment
  • Option B: Two payments of $600 (total $1,200) — first payment due at enrollment, second payment due 30 days later

Payment in full (Option A) must be received prior to access being granted. For the payment plan (Option B), access will be granted upon receipt of the first payment; continued access is contingent on the second payment being received on time.

All payments are non-refundable. By enrolling, Client acknowledges and agrees to the selected payment terms.

4. Extension Policy

The Provider is committed to the success of every client who shows up and does the work. In the event that a Client has:

  • Attended weekly group Zoom calls consistently
  • Actively engaged with course materials and completed assigned worksheets
  • Demonstrated genuine effort and participation throughout the program

...and still feels they need additional support at the close of the 6-month period, the Provider may, at their discretion, offer a complimentary one-month extension to allow for continued integration and support. This extension is not guaranteed and is offered as a reflection of the Provider’s investment in clients who are actively invested in themselves.

5. Nature of Services — Coaching, Not Therapy

This is important. Please read carefully.

Steady Framework is a coaching program, not a clinical mental health service. The Provider is a licensed mental health professional, and her clinical training and parenting experience deeply inform the framework and approach of this program — but she is functioning in the role of coach, not therapist, within this container.

This means:

  • No therapeutic relationship is formed through participation in Steady Framework
  • No diagnosis, clinical assessment, or mental health treatment is provided
  • Course content is psychoeducational and skills-based in nature
  • The Provider is not acting as the Client’s therapist, and no client-therapist relationship exists

If the Client is currently in therapy, participation in Steady Framework may complement that work, but it is not a substitute for it. Clients experiencing significant mental health concerns are encouraged to seek support from a licensed clinician.

6. Client Responsibilities

To get the most from this program and to be considered eligible for an extension (if needed), Clients are expected to:

  • Engage with course materials in good faith
  • Attend weekly Zoom group sessions when possible
  • Use the Slack channel respectfully and within community guidelines
  • Complete worksheets and activities as assigned
  • Communicate proactively with the Provider if challenges arise

7. Community Standards & Confidentiality

Steady Framework operates in a group coaching format. Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants — what is shared in the group stays in the group. Disrespectful, harmful, or disruptive behavior within the Slack channel or Zoom sessions may result in removal from the program without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, worksheets, handouts, and materials provided through Steady Framework are the intellectual property of the Provider. Clients may use these materials for their own personal development but may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for outcomes resulting from the Client’s application or non-application of course content. Coaching results vary by individual. The Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not responsible for decisions made by the Client as a result of program participation.
